Ros worked at The Daily Telegraph for nearly 20 years, latterly as a sub-editor for The Weekly Telegraph. She moved with her family from London in 2005 to the Isle of Wight, where she works as a freelance writer and photographer – for many years she was the chief feature writer for a couple of local glossy magazines.
Ros enjoys running (she has a few half marathons under her belt) and her daily, year-round sea swimming. "It's easily done when the sea is just five minute's walk away", she says.
